Google Alerts

It is important to make people talk about you and your service and at the same time know what's been said. People may post blogs, reviews, comments on forums or send tweets about your business.
The biggest search engine, Google, makes monitoring what's been said on the web easier with its Google Alerts.
All you need to do is to put your business name in a search box, choose some settings and enter your email address, then just hit the 'create alert' button. You will get a notification every time someone mentions you online. You can create as many alerts as you wish. The same applies to Twitter, just go to and see what they say!
